Power of the Government to reconstitute the Council or terminate membership

Nothing in this Act shall derogate the power of the State Government to-

1. (a) dissolve or reconstitute the Council at any time;
2. (b) terminate the membership of any member for reasons to be recorded in writing; and
3. (c) Re-appoint the same person as member from time to time.
