Licensing Authority and Establishment
- (1) An Empowered Committee headed by the Chief Secretary, Government of Meghalaya with representation from other State Government departments including Tourism, Forest & Environment, Home (Police), Transport, Urban Affairs and Public Works, shall be the Licensing Authority having powers to grant licences under this Act.
