Power to make Rules

Power to make Rules The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act and such rules may provide for-

1. (a) The manner contemplated in sub-section

1. (2) of section 4 for nomination of members;
   • (b) The terms and conditions of appointment of a Registrar;
   • (c) Fees payable for an appeal under section 12 or sub-section
2. (2) of section 17; and
   • (d) Any other matter which is required to be prescribed by rules;
