Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Courts

Save as otherwise provided in sub-section

1. (3) of section 16, no Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of any action taken or to be taken by the Government or the Director or any Officer in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.
