Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya Local Fund (Audit) Act, 2021.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Meghalaya.
- (3) It shall come into force from the date the State Government may by Notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
