It will be opened to the Chancellor to suspend the Vice-Chancellor during enquiry depending upon the seriousness of the charges, as he may deem fit.

Deans of Faculties Deans of Faculties shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and performs such duties as may be prescribed by Statutes.
