Statutory text

(1) The campuses of the university shall be at Shillong, Meghalaya and it may have campuses or regional centres, study centres, off-campus centres, off-shore campus anywhere in India or abroad.
(2) The board of governors will decide the usage of land, building and other properties acquired for the university, which is for the benefits of the university.
