Power to take up survey

For the purpose of carry out the survey under this Act, the Authority or any officer authorized by it on this behalf, shall, -

1. (a) enter upon and survey and take levels of any land;
2. (b) mark such levels, boundaries and lines by placing marks or boundary stones;
3. (c) measure the land;
4. (d) do all other acts necessary for the purposes of ascertaining the limits referred to in sub-section

1. (2) of Section 5 of this Act; Provided that the Authority or other authorised officers shall not enter any land or building without giving such occupier at least seven days prior notice in writing of their intention to do so.
