Power of the Managing body of an affiliating co-operative society to enquire into the affairs of a member co-operative society

When a registered co-operative society takes a loan from an affiliating co-operative society and defaults on payment of the debt or any installment thereof, any member of the Managing Body of affiliating co-operative society may examine and look into the accounts and working of such defaulting co-operative society and report the result of his enquiry or examination particularly with reference to the said loan to the affiliating co-operative society and may recommend any suggestion in his report.
