Evidence of registration

A certificate of registration signed by the Registrar shall be issued to the co-operative society and shall be conclusive evidence that the co-operative society therein mentioned is a co-operative society duly registered under this Act and that its bye-laws are as attached to the Certificate, unless it is proved that the registration of the co-operative society has been cancelled or that amended bye-laws have been registered or that the copy of the certificate of Co-operative Society or bye-laws has been tampered with.
