This Act establishes the financial compensation, entitlements, and official benefits for the Chairman of the Hill Areas Committee of the Manipur Legislative Assembly. Under the law, the Chairman receives the same salary, allowances, housing amenities, official vehicle benefits, and car purchase advances as a Minister of State in Manipur.
