Insertion of new Section 31A

After Section 31 of the Act, the following new Section 31A shall be inserted, namely — “ 31A. Right to fishing. — Subject to the provisions contained in this Act, a fisherman shall have the right to fishing in the Loktak Lake in the manner as may be prescribed .”. The Secretary, Manipur Legislative Assembly, Imphal. CL 3. The Director Printing & Stationary, Manipur for favour of publication in the R Manipur Gazette Extra Ordinary dated 21-1-2012. He is requested kindly to send 10 (ten) copies of the publication to the Law & Legislative Affairs
