12. In sub-section
- (3) of section 68 of the Principal Act, the words "a Ranger and is in receipt of a monthly salary amounting to at least one hundred rupees" shall be substituted by the words "an Assistant Conservator of Forests" and the words "fifty rupees" shall be substituted by the word "five thousand rupees".
