In section 63 of the Principal Act, the word "fine" shall be replaced by the words "fine of a minimum of twenty thousand rupees".

Amendment of section 64 11. In section 64 of the Principal Act, the word "Magistrate" shall be substituted by the words "authorised officer" and in sub-section (1), the words "search the premises of or" shall be inserted between the words "warrant," and "arrest".
