Statutory text
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) "Commission" means the Manipur Commission for Women constituted under section 3; (b) "Member" means a Member of the Commission including the Member-Secretary; (c) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (d) "State Government" means the Government of Manipur.
