In section 19 of the principal Act, : eadmens

In section 13 of the principal Act, (a) after the words "this Act", the words and the punctuation "and the rules made thereunder," shall be inserted; (b) in clause (iii), for the words and the comma "on condition, on that" the words "on such conditions" shall be substituted; (c) in clause (xxii), after the word "Board," the words "under sub-section (2) of section 12" shall be inserted; and (d) in clause (xxiii), the words "such as and as it may deem fit" shall be omitted, and a comma shall be inserted after the words "such conditions."
