Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in. sub-section (1), the Directors of Education . of the Governments of other siates or Territories or Administrations admitted to the privileges of the ‘Board under section 2 shall be ex-officio members -in addition’ to the ex-officio members men- tioned. in. this sub-section. is N (6) The other members: shall be no- _ minated by the Government in’ the man- ner herein provided, ‘namely: .    • (bh) one Principal of a Teachers’ Trai- ning College; and
   • (D) one Head of a Polytechnic. 8. (3) in the proviso to sub-section (1), as hereby so called,
   • (a) the words “in the Official Gazette” shall be omitted; an :
