Thereupon, the court to which the order is so sent, shall execute the order as if it were a decree or order sent to it for execution.

Protection of acts done in good faith 22. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person-

1. (a) for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made there under; or
2. (b) delay in rendering of service or not being able to render service where such delay or inability is on account of reasonable cause beyond the control of the person responsible for delivery of the service.
