Amendment of Section 2.

In section 2 of the Manipur Public Service Commission (Additional Functions) Act (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), 2014 after clause (b), the following new clause (bb) shall be inserted, namely,- "(bb) "Government Company" means a company as defined in clause (45) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act 18 of 2013), in which not less than fifty-one percent of the paid share capital is held by the Government of Manipur as specified in Schedule-II appended to this Act;".
