Functioning of Ward Development Committee

11. It shall be the duty of the Chairperson of the Ward Development Committee to conduct the Ward Development Committee meeting for discussion of the following matters:-

1. (i) Preparation of Ward Plan;
2. (ii) Preparation of Ward Budget;
3. (iii) Preparation of Ward maps, Ward Infrastructure Index and other alternate functions.
