If the motion of no-confidence against the Mayor or the Deputy Mayor, as the case may be, is defeated, no fresh motion of no confidence against the Mayor or the Deputy Mayor or both, as the case may be, shall be brought before the Municipal Corporation, within a period of one year from the date of such defeat of the motion.
