Special provisions for places of worship & burial grounds

(1) Places of worship and burial grounds, held in common previous to the order of partition of a holding, shall continue to be so held, unless the parties otherwise agree among themselves. (2) In cases where the parties agree among themselves they shall state in writing the agreement into which they have entered, and their statement shall be filed with the record.
