Sanction of budget and programme of work

  1. (1) The State Government may sanction the budget and the programme of work submitted to it with such modifications as it deems proper.
  2. (2) The Board shall incur expenditure and undertake work only in accordance with the budget and the programme of work sanctioned under sub-section (1):
