WHEREAS,itisdesirabletoestablishaUniversity toprovidequalitytrainingandeducationforthe encouragementofhighereducation,vocationalstudies, 'skilldevelopment,andresearchintheStateofManipur. ANDWHEREAS,itisdeemednecessarytoestablishan InternationalInstitutioninManipurtoimpartquality educationtothemassesasManipurInternational UniversitybythisAct,toprovideeducationandtrainingat ‘alllevelsinallsubjects.TheUniversityshallbe establishedthroughauniquepublic-pxjvatepammship modelwithoutexertinganyeconomicburdenontheState orpublic;

V BE it enactéd by the Legislatuie of Manip‘m' the Sixty- ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows - V l. (1) This Act may be called the Manipur hitemational University Act, 2018.
