Committees of the Council.

(1) The Council shall, for the purpose of carrying out its duties and functions imposed under this Act, appoint the following committees, namely,— (i) Curriculum and Syllabus Committee (ii) Examination Committee (iii) Recognition Committee (iv) Finance Committee (v) Administrative Committee (vi) Such other committees as may be found necessary. (2) Every such committee shall consist of such members of the Council and such other persons as the Council may appoint. (3) Every such committee except the Administration Committee and the Examination Committee, may co-opt. persons to be member to the extent of one-third of the members appointed to it. (4) Members of such committees shall hold office for such time as the Council may determine.
