Confiscation of film

Video films exhibited or kept in contravention of the provisions of this Act, the rules made thereunder or the terms and conditions of a licence granted under this Act along with the Video Cassette Recorder and Video Cassette Player, if any, used in the exhibition of video film, shall be liable to confiscation by an order of the court.
