Grant of licence

Subject to the other provisions of this Act and general control of the Government, the licensing authority may grant licence to such person as it thinks fit for such period and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed, including the fulfilment of the specifications of the place referred to in clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 6 and provision for safety, convenience and comfort of the persons attending the exhibition of video film referred to in clause (a) of section 11.
