(d) to perform such other functions, as may be entrusted by the Deputy Commissioner concerned from time to time. (4) The quorum for a meeting of the Committee shall be three and it shall meet as and when required at any venue as decided by the Chairperson; (5) The Committee may decide the procedure for its meetings and the Agricultural Officer concerned shall keep the proper minutes of the meeting signed by every person attended. (5) (1) The term of office of the non-official members of the Local Level Monitoring Committee shall be three years from the date of its constitution. After the expiry of the term of the Committee its non-official members may continue in office till the constitution of the next Committee. (2) A non-official member may resign from his office at any time by writting under his hand.
