Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd June 1998.
