Committee, he shall cease to be a member thereof, from the time the third meeting is duly terminated.

Conditions for being member A person to be appointed as a member of the Committee shall be,—

1. (a) the permanent resident of the State of Maharashtra ; and
2. (b) a devotee of Shree Sai Baba and shall, prior to his appointment as a member make such declaration in the prescribed form.
