Amendment of section 43 of Act III of 1900

In the Prisoners Act, 1900, in its application to the State of Bombay, in sub-section

1. (2) of section 1, after the words and letter "comprised in Part B States" the words "other than the Hyderabad and Saurashtra areas of the State of Bombay" shall be added.
