Statutory text
- (1) On being put in possession of the land under the last preceding section the authorised Canal officer shall by notice in writing require each permanent holder to construct the water-course, and to pay to the State Government the cost of acquisition of land, if any, as provided by the final scheme.
- (2) The notice under sub-section
- (1) shall be given in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
