Power to invest officers with authority of Inam Commissioners and their assistants

It shall be lawful for the Provincial Government to appoint officers to carry out the inquiries provided for in this Act in the districts in which Act XI of 1852 has the force of law, and to invest any officer so appointed with the authority conferred by the above Act on Inam Commissioners and Assistant Inam Commissioners.
