Appeal from proceedings of officers making adjustment to be made to Provincial Government

Statutory text
When any adjustment of a claim or claims to total or partial exemption from land-revenue has been made by the Provincial Government, or any duly authorized officer of the Crown, under the second, fifth and eighth sections, any appeal from or against the proceedings, orders or acts of the officers of the Crown engaged in making any such adjustment shall be made to the Provincial Government, or to such officer or officers as may be appointed by the Provincial Government to take cognizance of such appeals, and shall not be recognizable by any other authority.
