Preamble. PREAMBLE WHEREAS it is expedient to enact a law for the abatement of nuisances arising from the smoke of furnaces in the [Greater Bombay] and to provide for the extension thereof to other areas in the [State of Maharashtra]; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
