Chapter II REGISTRATION OF ESTABLISHMENTS

9. The employer shall, within ten days, on his closing the establishment, notify to the Inspector in writing accordingly. The Inspector shall, on receiving the information and being satisfied about its correctness, remove such establishment from the register of establishment and cancel the registration certificate: 28[Provided that if the Inspector does not receive the information but he is otherwise satisfied that the establishment has been closed, he may remove such establishment from such register and cancel such certificate.]
