Inspecting staff

Statutory text
- (1) The State Government may appoint such officers (including inspecting officers) as it may deem necessary for the purposes of superintendence and inspection and generally for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
- (2) The officers appointed under sub-section
- (1) shall be the servants of the State Government, and their powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed.
