Extension of the Hindu Women's Rights to Property Act, 1937, to agricultural land

Statutory text
Notwithstanding any rule of Hindu law or custom to the contrary, the Hindu Women's Rights to Property Act, 1937, shall apply to agricultural land in the Province of Bombay as it applies to property other than agricultural land.
