Fees, etc., defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of the State The professional fees and allowances payable to the Members and Assisting Agencies and the administrative expenses including professional fees, salaries, allowances, pension, etc., payable to or in respect of the experts and officers and other employees of the Board shall be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.
