Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra State Enterprises (Restructuring and Other Special Provisions) Act, 2000.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 18th November 2000.
