The Board shall follows the procedure specified in sections 25, 26 and 27 so far as may be applicable for grant of affiliation.

Permanent affiliation and recognition The affiliated institution with atleast six years standing as an affiliated Institution may apply for permanent affiliation. The Board shall consider and scrutinise the application and if satisfied that the affiliated institution has fulfilled all the conditions of affiliation satisfactorily, and has attained high academic and administrative standards as prescribed by the Board, from time to time, the Board shall grant permanent affiliation to the institution.
