Resignation of member

A member of the Board the Governing Council, except the ex-officio member, may resing his office at any time by tendering his resignation in writing to the Chairman of the Board or the President of the Governing Council, as the case may be, and such member shall be deemed to have vacated his office as soon as the Chairman or the President, as the case may be, has received his resignation.
