Punishment for offences.

Whoever intentionally contravenes the provisions of sub-section (4) or (5) of section 3 or sub-section (2) or (3) of section 5 or obstructs any officer or servant of the State Government or the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation in the exercise of his powers or the performance of his duties under this Act shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
