Delegations of powers and duties to subordinate officers

The Deputy Director may by an order in writing delegate such of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on him by or under this Act to such officers not below the rank of a Tahsildar or to such officers of the State Government or local authority as, with the approval of the Commissioner, may be specified in the order.
