Duration of appointment of non-official members

Statutory text
- (1) The non-official members of the State Vigilance Committee and a local Vigilance Committee shall be appointed for a period of three years and after expiry of the period of appointment they shall be eligible for re-appointment.
- (2) The non-official members of these Committees shall be entitled to travelling, and their sitting and other allowances at such rates as the State Government may, from time to time, determine.
