Mode of payment of advance price and remaining guaranteed price

[Subject to the provisions of the last preceding section, the advance price] [and the difference between the guaranteed price and advance price] shall be paid to the tenderer through the market committee [or through any co-operative society or person authorised by the State Government in this behalf] after making any deductions as required by the next succeeding section.
