Chapter X PERMISSION, AFFILIATION AND RECOGNITION
Statutory text
- (1) The procedure prescribed in sub-sections (1) to (3) of section 110 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, for the consideration of continuation of affiliation, from time to time.
- (2) The procedure prescribed in section 111, for grant of recognition shall apply, mutatis-mutandis, for the consideration of continuation of recognition.
