Statutory text

The State Government may appoint a new member when a member of committee-

  1. (a) resigns or dies ;
  2. (b) is for a continuous period of six months absent from India without leave of the Charity Commissioner ;
  3. (c) leaves India for the purpose of residing abroad ;
  4. (d) desires to be discharged ;
  5. (e) refuses to act; or
  6. (f) is removed by the State Government.
