Chapter IV REGISTRATION OF PUBLIC TRUSTS

Statutory text
  1. (1) For the purpose of this Act, the State Government may form regions and sub-regions and may prescribe and alter limits of such regions and sub-regions.
  2. (2) The regions and sub-regions formed under this section, together with the limits thereof and every alteration of such limits shall be a notified in the Official Gazette.
