Audit, inquiry and inspection reports of societies to be available to banks

The Registrar shall draw the attention of a bank financing a co-operative society to the defects noticed in every audit or inquiry or inspection conducted under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, and shall also supply to the bank a copy of such audit, inquiry or inspection report, if demanded, in writing, by it.
